Mothers Day Competition Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
Any customer may enter the Country Life Fashions Mother’s Day competition.
Any customer is eligible to enter, entrant must be Australian Resident and over the age of 18 years.
To enter, consumers need to enter details on http://www.countrylifefashions.com.au
The consumer will then receive a confirmation of their entry.
The winner will be contacted via email on Tuesday 14th May 2024 and notified by email, Facebook and Instagram.
The consumer can only enter one entry through the entirety of the competition.
Entry is open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age, must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion opens on Tuesday 30th April and closes on Monday 13th May 2024. Entries into the competition must entered by midnight Monday 13th May 2024.
The prize winner can spend the $200 voucher on anything in the store.
The voucher will be valid for 3 years.
After being advised they are the winner of the competition by Country Life Fashion & Footwear email, a $200 voucher will be emailed to the winner.
The prize winner will present the voucher, at the time of redeeming their prize, to the that corresponds with the name on the winning voucher.
The $200 must be spent in one transaction.
Other terms and conditions for the consumer:
Country Life Fashion & Footwear reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Single entry only accepted.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

The draw will take place at Country Life Fashion & Footwear, 2/130 Main Road McLaren Vale, SA 5171, at 12pm on Tuesday 14th May 2024 by random selection.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published on Facebook and Instagram profiles from Wednesday 15th May 2024. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize: $200 to spend at Country Life Fashion & Footwear store
