Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item. After this period, we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all the original tags attached, and original packaging. Please email office@countrylifefashions.com.au to confirm approval of return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund hasn’t arrived, we recommend first checking your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card provider - refunds may take a little time to be officially posted. You may also need to contact your bank, as processing times can differ.

Sale items

Only full priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded as these are considered final sale.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped straight to you, we’ll provide a gift credit equal to the value of your return. After the item is received, we’ll email you a digital gift card.
